研究背景與目的：本研究之研究目的是要找出提昇國小學童網路品格教育的有效做法。使用網路可能產生品格教育相關的問題，如果網路使用者沒有適度的規範及自我的道德節制，那麼愈先進的科技只會到導致愈大的禍害。為了避免網路使用者因不當使用而造成危害自己、他人及社會的現象，而開始紮根在小學中教導學生如何正確閱讀、判斷及使用網路資訊，並且從中建立正確的品格教育概念，實為刻不容緩的重要課題。

方法：本研究方法以文獻分析蒐集資料為主，屬於探索問題的研究，探索較普遍存在學童的網路品格教育問題。
結果：研究結果顯示提昇國小學童網路品格教育的有效做法為：教師以身作則，展現正確的網路使用行為。
結論：除了依照上述做法，並且從小學紮根透過資訊教育科技帶動或融入網路品格教育的方式，才是根本有效之道。

ABSTRACT
The shift of teaching paradigm on the network happens. The school will use network to build “school of the future” for the promotion of Microsoft. In virtual community,instructor and learner play the both roles of information consumers & providers at the same time.

   Illegal event happens along with network, so the Creative Commons appears. It is for the purpose of creating a mechanism, so called “Intellectual Property Conservancies”. 

   The results are that it’s the time for school to teach the correct judgment and the use of media on the network for the students, for the purpose of practicing the character education on the network.
